Who we are

You do not need an account to use this website. You can browse the catalog, use the request cart and read articles without signing in.
Data we collect
When you send an order request
The request form in the request cart asks for:
- your name, email address and WhatsApp number
- your department (optional)
- your company name and tax number (NPWP, optional)
- the delivery address: province, city, district, village (optional), postal code (optional) and street address
- your notes (optional)
- the products and quantities in your request
We also record the date of the request and the language you used on the site, so our emails to you are in that language.
When you use the contact form
The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), company (optional), a subject and your message. The message is sent by email to our team. It is not saved in the website database.
Technical data
- Your IP address is used for a short time to limit how many requests and messages can be sent from one address, to block abuse.
- The request form and the contact form use Google reCAPTCHA as a spam check. Google receives your IP address and information about your browser for this check.
- The parts list (BOM) tool reads your CSV file in your browser. Only the part numbers you search for are sent to our server. The file itself is not uploaded.
What we do not collect
We do not create visitor accounts or store visitor passwords. The website does not take online payments, so we never receive card or bank login details. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
How we use your data
- to reply to your order request or message
- to send you a confirmation email for your order request
- to prepare an invoice with prices for your request and send it to you by email as a PDF
- to contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about your request
- to keep records of requests and invoices for our administration and tax obligations
- to show our sales staff your earlier requests, grouped by email address, so they can follow up
- to protect the forms against spam and abuse
We do not send newsletters or advertising, and we do not sell your personal data.
Legal basis
Under the UU PDP we process your data on these grounds:
- your consent, which you give when you send the request form or the contact form
- the steps you ask us to take before a purchase, and the sale itself, such as preparing and sending an invoice
- our legal obligations, such as keeping invoice and tax records
- our legitimate interest in keeping the website safe from spam and abuse
Processing outside Indonesia
Some of our service providers, such as Google, the content networks, our email and hosting providers and WhatsApp, may process data on servers outside Indonesia. We only use providers that protect personal data with appropriate safeguards, as the UU PDP requires.
How long we keep your data
- Order requests and invoices: for as long as we need them to handle your request and to meet our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records
- Contact form messages, kept in our team's mailbox: for as long as we need them to answer and follow up on your message
- Cookies: as listed in the cookie section
When we no longer need the data, we delete it. Technical logs kept by our service providers are kept for a limited time only.
How we protect your data
Only signed-in staff can see order requests and invoices, and access depends on each person's role. The forms are protected by a spam check and by limits on how often they can be sent. No way of sending or storing data is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will inform you and the authorities as the UU PDP requires.
Your rights
Under the UU PDP you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy
- correct or update your data
- ask us to delete your data
- withdraw your consent
- ask us to delay or limit how we process your data
- file a complaint if you think we have not handled your data properly
To use any of these rights, email info@panexisteknikindo.com with the subject "Privacy request" and the email address you used in your request. We may ask you to confirm that the request comes from you. We reply as soon as we can, within the time limits set by the UU PDP.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing we have already done. We may need to keep invoice records for as long as the law requires, even after you ask us to delete your data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
